Day 2 : City Tour in LIMA
At 2:00 pm the tour begins in Lima, better known as "City of Kings "
Begin the tour in the Historic Center of Lima, panoramic view of the Plaza San Martin, Plaza Mayor, Government Palace, Cathedral, Archbishop's Palace, Municipal Palace, Church of Santo Domingo, where the tombs of Santa Rosa and San Martin de Porres are located.
Then visit the Convent and Church of San Francisco, home to the greatest monumental complex of Colonial Art in America and Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
Visit to the residential districts of San Isidro and Miraflores, passing by the Huaca Pucllana, ceremonial and administrative center of the Lima Culture built in the second century AD and considered by the Incas as Ñaupallaqta, "Holy People".
Finally, the Central Park of Miraflores and Larco Mar, a tourist and entertainment center, a symbol of modern Lima and a favorite spot for a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean.

Day 3 : Tour to Pachacamac.
We begin our tour with a panoramic view of Pucllana shrine, built in the fourth century AD, an ancestral and ceremonial site dedicated to local deities.
Then PACHACAMAC, guided tour to the splendid and vast archaeological citadel of Pachacamac.
Pachacamac Sanctuary of God, the creator of the universe and a divinity adored by old Andean civilizations.
A sacred and ceremonial of the early Christian era where thousands of pilgrims converged to pay tribute and consult the Pachacamac oracle, who see the past, future and destiny.
Comprises pyramidal temples and enclosures built by successive pre-Columbian civilizations and finally the Incas.
Highlights include the Temple of Pachacamac, the Sun God shrine, and the Palace of the Chosen Women or Virgins of the Sun
Exhibits a museum that keeps the idol of the god Pachacamac, which could not be seen by the profane, his vision was reserved for the high priests who kept, revered and interpreted the divine oracle. The whole place is considered sacred and part of the planet's mystical axis.
BARRANCO & PANTANOS DE VILLA.

Day 4 : Tour to Caral
Guided tour of the city of Caral, located at km 182., in the North of Lima in the Supe Valley, considered the oldest city in America, almost as old as Egypt, Mesopotamia, India and China.
The City of Caral is formed by a group of buildings, that lets us see the great scientific, technological and artistic, that made their people, amazing process of development that was given in total isolation in comparison to the cultural exchange societies in the old continent.
Return to Lima.

Day 5 : Flight to Trujillo - City Tour
Transfer to Jorge Chavez Airport in Lima for your flight to Trujillo

In the afternoon we start the City Sightseeing tour including the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, Carmelite Church and Monastery, the Church of La Merced, the house Garcia Holguin, Emancipation House and finally the Cassinelli Museum .

Day 6 : Huaca de la Luna – Chan Chan – Huanchaco Beach
Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit the Huaca de la Luna, Moche Empire's cradle.
Some researchers contend that the Moche kingdom fell to the impact caused by the phenomenon of El Niño, which periodically cause torrential rains and floods in the north coast of Peru.
By dropping the Moche kingdom, their territories were occupied successively by the people of Lambayeque and Chimu cultures, descendants of the Moche.
Around 1470 the Chimú were conquered by the Incas, shortly before the Spanish disarticulated the Inca empire, the Tahuantinsuyo.
Then visit to the city of Chan - Chan, located 44 km. from the city of Trujillo.
This is made primarily of clay, composed by nine palaces and residence of the rulers of the Chimu State (ancient Peruvian culture).
It is considered the largest adobe city in the world, declared by UNESCO as Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
Then we head to the fishing village of Huanchaco, best known for the totora horses, boats built by piles of totora (reed)

Day 7 : Transport Trujillo to Chiclayo. Lord of Sipán (Huaca Rajada)

In the afternoon visit the archaeological site of Sipan.
Located on the edge of the ex-Hacienda Pomalca.
There in 1987 was discovered the tomb of a Moche Lord, the Lord of Sipan
More than 120 objects have been found
- Next to the sculpture were unearthed 120 items, including wreaths, batons, gold and silver nose rings, belonging to an elite personage buried in the tomb complex 14 of Sipan.
- The latest archaeological excavations at Sipan began on June 14, 2007.
- Following the recent findings, thousands of domestic and foreign tourists visit the archaeological site.

Day 8 : Sipan Museum - Tucume
Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit the Museum of the Royal Tombs of Sipan, where you will see the exhibition of the results of the excavations of the royal tombs, most modern and impressive in South America.
There are a lot of extraordinary pieces of gold, silver, copper and semiprecious stones of the Mochica culture.
The tour continues with the archaeological complex of Túcume.
A thousand years ago they began to build the largest urban center of his time: Tucume, built by the nation we now call Sican or Lambayeque, this impressive archeological site is located 33 kilometers north of the modern city of Chiclayo, on the lower La Leche valley, nestled in a grove of old carob trees and a tropical climate
"Huaco King" represents Naymlap, the founding hero of Lambayeque dynasty, known as Sican culture.
Tucume was founded by Naymlap, mythical hero who came from the sea in a fleet of ships, with his court, servants and military force.
Túcume consists of 26 pyramids and dozens of smaller buildings, all gathered around the Cerro La Raya, a huge milestone in the immeasurable plain stone which is the northern fertile valley.

Day 10 : Trip to Paracas - Ballestas Islands – Paracas National Reserve
Pick up from your hotel and PRIVATE transportation to Paracas.
Transfer to the pier.
Tour to the Ballestas Islands (2 hrs)
From the Paracas beach, visit the Ballestas Islands by boat. See the habitat of sea lions, sea birds, penguins and diversity of marine fauna. On the way you see a figure of the chandelier, engraved on the side of a hill is a large rock formation geoglyph eroded by wind and sea. Is larger than 120 meters long which is also called Tres Cruces or Trident.
NATIONAL RESERVE TOUR PARACAS (3hrs.)
It has an area of 3,350 hectares is one of the most important protected areas in Peru. The place is a refuge for sea lions, Humboldt penguins, flamingos and other birds. Located 250 kilometers from Lima.

Day 12 : Tour Nazca - Overflight

FLIGHT OVER THE NAZCA LINES
Observe the majestic lines and figures of the Pampas of San Jose that has 500 acres that have been studied for many years by Dr. Maria Reiche.

Day 14 : City Tour in Arequipa
The duration of this tour is approximately 3:30 hours.
First visit is the church of the Company, the famous Chapel of St. Ignatius beautifully decorated by native artists, with its impressive Andean Baroque style and its monastery, which normally is called CLAUSTRUO of the Company.
Then visit the beautiful Plaza de Armas and Cathedral, with its impressive facade in classical style.
The interior shows French pulpit, a large Belgian organ and Italian decor.
We continue to the Monastery of Santa Catalina, where we visit the most famous buildings of the colony.
The Monastery of Santa Catalina is a miniature city.

Day 15 : Trip to Chivay
A private bus will pick you up from your hotel at about 8 am.
This trip's first destination is Chivay (4 hours).
The first stop is the National Reserve of Salinas and Aguada Blanca, a place where you can watch the famous vicuna and the volcanoes of Arequipa.
The second stop will be at the police station where will be given the list of passengers and the third stop, the restaurant El Chino, where you can use the bathroom, drink coca tea - good for stomach and altitude - and a place where you can see the rock formations of the wood. The fourth stop is a place where you can see llamas and alpacas, domesticated by man at high altitude. The fifth stop is at the highest point called Patapampa 4800 meters above the sea level. From here is where you can watch 8 volcanoes forming a circle of fire. From there, down to the town of Chivay for lunch and rest at your hotel. Free time after lunch, visit the market of Chivay, rest or stay in the hotel
In the afternoon visit the hot springs of La Calera, where you can swim in pools with water temperature 35 to 40 degrees Celsius and the source of 80 degrees.
Return to Hotel.

Day 16 : Colca Canyon – Condor Cross – Back to Arequipa
After breakfast at 6.00 am, to the Cruz del Condor (Condor Cross), where you can see the Colca Canyon and the flight of the Condor.
From Chivay the journey takes about an hour and a half.
Remain approximately 1 hour at this point.
Then, taking the same path back to Chivay, visit the villages of Colca Yanque, with its beautiful church and the town of Maca.
Then we go to the viewpoints of Huayrapunko - a comprehensive view of the terraces and ponds Quehuisha mysterious valley.
Finally we arrive at Chivay, where we have lunch and then return to Arequipa, at approximately 17.00.

Day 18 : Uros & Taquile Islands Tour
Breakfast, early morning, embark on an unforgettable motorboat excursion on Lake Titicaca to visit the floating islands of Uros, ancient inhabitants of the lake, known as the Water Tribe.
These natives have built their own islands by periodically adding new layers of reeds, also use this material for building houses and boats.
We continue sailing to Taquile Island, inhabited by Quechua-speaking natives who have developed from generation to generation an efficient and original social system and a superb technique of tissue (Taquile Textiles)
Upon our arrival we have lunch (included).
Then we will walk through the various hills and archaeological sites.
Return to Puno at approximately 5pm.

Day 19 : Flight to Cusco - Arrive to Cusco – City Tour in the Afternoon
In the morning transfer to Juliaca airport - Manco Capac for your trip to Cusco
Reception at the Velasco Astete Airport in Cusco, and transfer to hotel where they are waiting with an aromatic coca tea to help you avoid altitude sickness.
Once in the hotel, take the rest of the morning free.
Between 1:45 and 2:00 pm beginning on guided city tour, which will have the opportunity to visit 6 places, the first "Qoricancha (near Golden), now the Convent of Santo Domingo, a place that houses Inside one of the most important religious centers of the Inca period. Then the Cathedral, a religious site which has paintings of the Cusco School being in number about 300, among other expressions of art.

Day 20 : Sacred Valley of the Inkas Tour
Breakfast at the hotel.
Between 8:45 and 9:00 am. we will pick you up from your hotel to begin our journey to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. All PRIVATE SERVICES
Visiting, first of all, the colorful Indian market in Pisac and then continue our journey to the Pisac Archaeological Site.
After that we will go to Urubamba where you will have buffet lunch INCLUDED.
Then continue to the
fortress of Ollantaytambo, Inca city that had a religious, political and agricultural.
Finally, we return to Cusco via Chinchero, a town dedicated to the cultivation of potatoes and enjoy a wonderful view of the Cordillera de los Andes.

Day 22 : Machu Picchu Tour

Day 24 : Flight to Puerto Maldonado
Transfer to Velasco Astete Airport in Cusco for your flight to Puerto Maldonado.
Reception at the airport of Puerto Maldonado (Pedro Aldamiz) and transfer to WASAI Maldonado Eco Lodge, where you will be greeted with a delicious tropical cocktail or juice.
Shipping and transportation for about 4 hours up the Tambopata River, to the WASAI Tambopata Lodge & Research Center (Box lunch en route). During the journey we will observe the local farms and birds of various species.
Opportunity to see the way families Capybaras, the world's largest rodent (60 kg).
As we move away from population centers near Puerto Maldonado jungle will be showing more rich in wildlife.
Reception and accommodation at the Lodge.
After a short break, take a night walk into the forest to observe and listen to insects, bats, frogs and an occasional encounter with nocturnal mammals.

Day 25 : Tambopata River. Bahuaja Sonene
Before dawn we will cross the river Tambopata to see hundreds of parakeets andparrots in the Gato river bank, eating mineral salts in a clay wall.
On the way is possible to find groups of monkeys and other animals, you can also see interesting plants and insects
After breakfast you can relax in the beautiful surroundings of the lodge, fishing or swimming in the river or on the beautiful waterfalls of the River Cat. After lunch, board the boat toward the Sonene Bahuaja.
The trip runs beautiful uninhabited places, without human presence, exclusively forconservation and ecotourism provide an excellent opportunity to see birds and animals such as capybaras, jaguars, turtles, alligators etc.
Arrive at a place called Lick Chunchos nightfall, where we will camp on the banks ofriver.
Can observe the sunset and a refreshing swim in the river or you may catchsomething of the variety of aquatic fauna.
Night attempt to see nocturnal mammals andamphibians also visit the clay lick to eatclay or hunt prey.

Day 26 : Clay Lick. Ethno Botany Hike
We awake to the sound of howler monkeys in the morning, then hundreds ofparakeets flying in the morning red sky.
Observe different species of macaws and many species of parrots and parakeetscongregate to eat mineral salts in the clay walls of the riverbanks. It is a natural spectacle of sound and color that lasts only a few hours early in the morning.
We will have a very simple breakfast on the beach followed by a short walk through the woodslooking for birds and animals.
With the completion of the travel back downstream to the Tambopata River Lodge.
After a hearty breakfast we will hike Ethno botany, learning about medicinal plants in the area. In the afternoon you can walk, lie in a hammock, go fishing, swimming,adventure activities such as flying foxes, kayaking, tree climbing, etc..
After dining take a boat ride to see alligators in the neighborhood near the Lodge.

Day 27 : Puerto Maldonado. Sandoval Lake
Will have breakfast and then begin the return trip up the Tambopata River, down stream to Puerto Maldonado.
Arrive at Maldonado WASAI Ecolodge for lunch.
In the afternoon sail along the Madre de Dios River for 30 minutes and then walk through the forest to the tranquil and beautiful Lake Sandoval.
On the lake your guide will paddle in a small wooden canoe looking for giant otters,birds such as the Hoatzin, and Aningha.
The decline in the lake is a sight to behold.
Back nightfall as you walk through the woods looking for some of the nocturnal creatures of the forest and then we will embark on e boat awaits us in the Madre de Dios River to bring you to the Ecolodge where we have a farewell dinner.
